Vice President of Global Talent
Lesley Hoare is a recognized senior human resources executive who has led global integrated talent management strategies for large, complex organizations. She has developed and managed global initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, performance management, recruiting and diversity and led large-scale, enterprise-wide implementation and change management initiatives. She has significant experience working with executive teams for their individual development and the design of talent management processes to drive business strategy.
Hoare is currently vice president of global talent at VMware where she leads talent development and mobility.
Hoare’s former roles include: vice president HCM transformation at Oracle; vice president of talent, management and diversity & inclusion at Kimberly Clark; and 17 years with Hewlett-Packard in a variety of leadership roles in customer education, consulting, leadership development, executive development and talent management.
Hoare holds an education certificate from Durham University and master’s in training from Leicester University in the U.K.
